How Is RV Rental Income Calculated?

A simplified estimate starts with the expected nightly rate multiplied by projected booked nights, then applies the owner share in the applicable management agreement. The calculator also considers your RV’s type, year, floor plan, condition, location, availability, and seasonal demand.

Which Types of RVs Have the Most Rental Demand?

Demand varies by market. Sleeping capacity, bunk beds, bathrooms, drivability, age, condition, and amenities can all influence booking frequency and nightly rates. No single RV class is guaranteed to outperform everywhere.

What percentage of rental income do I keep?

Owners split the net nightly rental profits equally (50/50) with managers, after any credit card, platform, or marketing fees. We help drive more rentals to your RV on average and owners make more money in our program due to superior marketing efforts, partnerships with events and festivals, and our networks of reliable, repeat customers.

Are there any hidden costs or surprise charges?

No—our fee structure is straightforward and transparent. You only pay for systemic repairs and maintenance that is not the fault of renters (like water pump failure, A/C unit failure, etc.). Routine cleaning, renter-related damage claims, and turnaround service are fully covered.

What happens if a renter cancels—do I still earn anything?

We follow the cancellation policies set in our booking system. In almost all cases, owners will earn their portion of the payout if a cancellation occurs within a certain window.

How do I know I’m getting the maximum rental income?

We use dynamic & smart pricing features as well as multi-platform exposure to keep your RV competitively priced and highly visible. This ensures you don’t leave money on the table.

Do you guarantee a certain income level?

We don’t guarantee a specific amount of income, since we don't have control over the economy or RV vacation trends (we wish we did!). Rental demand depends on your RV type and location. That said, our owners earn more than other management programs because our systems are designed to maximize your RV's potential. Rememebr: if your unit is not making you money, it's not making us money either. We are in this together and incentivized to maximize profits on your unit, while we minimize risk.

How long are the contracts?

Owners typically consign their RVs for 6 -12 months at a time, on average. Managers are flexible with the contracts and they work with all owners individually to establish contracts that make the most sense for everyone.

How and when will I get paid?

Owners receive a detailed "owner statement" each month with the breakdown of rental nights booked, along with any add on fees that are owed to the owner. You will be paid out in a timely and transparent manner via zelle or direct deposit at the end of every month. You will also have full visibility into the booking calendar to see when your RV is getting rented in real time.
