Yes, our territory managers ensure that there is full commercial rental insurance on your RV with every rental. That being said, RV owners must have their own basic personal insurance coverage on their RV before putting the RV into the rental management program. There is additional commercial insurance coverage on each and every rental of your RV before it goes out - coverage includes all physical damages, liability, fire, theft, vandalism, you name it. Security deposits are taken from renters and should there be any damage to the RV on a rental, the renter is responsible for repairs. Renters also have the option for 24/hr roadside assistance.
We are RV owners ourselves. We understand just about everything there is to know about the stresses and joys of renting out RVs. We appreciate every owner who trusts their RV to us and it is our mission to treat every RV like it is our very own. We view every owner as a partner and we make sure all of our owners have peace of mind when it comes to entrusting their RVs to our managing partners. We pride ourselves on exceptional communication, high integrity, honesty, and full transparency. We are here to make you money with the least amount of wear and tear on your RV as possible.
Territory managers and RV owners split the nightly rental profits equally after payment processing and platform fees have been accounted for. Our territory managers run some of the most profitable locations in the country, and you as an RV owner directly benefit from our expertise. We work with data and marketing professionals as well as RV rental industry leaders to make sure we are maximizing owner revenue. Our territory managers help owners get more rentals at a higher price per night. Join the hundreds of satisfied RV owners who are making monthly passive income with their rigs, without doing any of the work yourself!
Class A, B, and C motorhome owners make on average $8K-$30K+ USD per year in their pocket depending on the location and type of RV you have. Travel trailer owners can expect to make roughly $5-15K+ per year. Earning potential very much depends on location and RV type. Owners are paid via cheque, Zelle, or Pay Pal on a monthly basis. Owners will also get a full breakdown of all the rental details for each trip their RV has been on each month.
Our territory managers work with professional on-site maintenance teams to make sure your RV is meticulously maintained. We want your RV in top shape all the time so that it can continue to perform well and generate revenue. There are 3 main types of maintenance costs to consider:
1) Routine maintenance: Oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Owners are billed periodically for these expenses, and the deduction can often come directly from the rental profits in a given month.
2) Rental Damages: Any damage to an RV that happens on a rental will be covered fully by the renter's security deposit and/or the commercial insurance coverage. Our managers deal with all claims and there is no cost to the owner - renters pay the deductible and your personal insurance is not involved.
3) Systemic maintenance: Systemic issues are the responsibility of the RV owner. A/C failure, generator failure, fridge, hot water tank, etc. These are costs that arise from no fault of the renter. Warranty protection plans usually cover these systemic repairs, and our managers work with the warranty company and RV techs to get these fixed. Our managers will work with you to get your RV back in top shape as quickly and professionally as possible.
We will consider any RV that is in great condition but we focus mostly on newer Class A, B, and C motorhomes and late model travel trailers with bunk beds. We also will consider fifth wheels and custom conversion campervans. Every RV must be 5 years or newer to qualify for rental management. Sometimes we make exceptions for very well maintained older units.
Of course you can! It's your RV after all. Whenever you want to use your rig you just let the manager know and if it's not booked for a rental we will reserve it for your own usage! Just remember to give us ample heads up and bring back the RV clean and ready to go for the next renter.
Owners typically consign their RVs for 6 -12 months at a time, on average. Managers are flexible with the contracts and they work with all owners individually to establish contracts that make the most sense for everyone.
