How does your RV rental consignment program benefit RV owners?

Many RV owners in Bridgeport, Connecticut, find themselves asking: should I rent out my RV? It's a valid question, and the answer can be a bit complicated. RV rentals are highly profitable with the right rig, but rentals require time, effort, and expertise-things not everyone has at their disposal. That's where RV Management USA steps in. Our rental management program eliminates the stress and hassle. With the RVM manager taking over everything from storage and cleaning to maintenance and rentals, you can sit back and enjoy passive income each month. When you join our program, your RV will be rented out to travelers eager to explore the charming landscapes of Connecticut and beyond, and we'll make sure your RV is treated with the utmost care.

Can you legally rent your RV in Bridgeport?

You're allowed to rent your RV in Bridgeport, provided you meet local rental and insurance requirements. When you rent your RV out on your own you will need to make sure you have commercial insurance for your renters. You will also need to deal with all the communication, cleaning, walkthrough tutorials, and dumping of the tanks after each rental. If you want to avoid all the hassle, you can opt for RV Management USA's rental program where we take on the responsibility of doing everything for you. We will split the nightly rental profits with you as well, so that you earn passive income.

How much money can I make with RV rental management in Bridgeport?

Rent your RV in Bridgeport and be surprised with income from $530-$1370 per month or more. Motorhome owners can expect to make a high amount per year than travel trailer owners, but both can do extremely well during the busy season which runs from May-Oct.

How much money will I make and when do I get paid?

We don't like to overstate earning potential. Remember, if your RV isn't earning for you, then it isn't earning for us either. Our entire goal is to maximize profits and minimize risk on the RVs we manage. That being said, most RV owners in our program make between $500-$1500/month. Class A, B, and C motorhome owners can make on average $8K-$20K USD per year in their pocket depending on the location and type of RV. Earning potential depends on location and RV type. Owners are paid on a monthly basis and will get a full breakdown of all the rental details as part of an "Owner Statement" each month.

Will my RV be maintained properly?

Our territory managers work with professional on-site maintenance teams to make sure your RV is meticulously maintained throughout the year. Your RV will benefit form ongoing attention and basic maintenance like tire checks before and after each rental, roof and slide out checks once a month, ongoing appliance testing, routine oil changes, and more. We want your RV in top shape all the time so that it can continue to perform well and generate revenue. As an RV owner in our program, there are 3 main types of maintenance costs to consider:

1) Routine maintenance: Oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Owners are billed periodically for these expenses at discounted rates, and the deduction can often come directly from the rental profits in a given month.
2) Rental Damages: Any damage to an RV that happens on a rental will be covered fully by the renter's security deposit and/or the commercial insurance coverage. Our managers deal with all claims and repairs at no cost to the RV owner - renters pay the deductible and your personal insurance is not involved.
3) Systemic maintenance: Systemic issues are the responsibility of the RV owner. A/C failure, water pump failure, fridge or hot water tank failure, etc. These are costs that arise from no fault of the renter. Warranty protection plans usually cover these systemic repairs, and our managers work with the warranty company and RV techs to get these fixed. Our managers will work with you to get your RV back in top shape as quickly and professionally as possible.

What kind of RVs do you accept into your fleet?

We will consider any RV that is in great condition but we focus mostly on newer Class A, B, and C motorhomes and late model travel trailers with bunk beds. We also will consider fifth wheels and custom conversion campervans. Every RV must be 5 years or newer to qualify for rental management. Sometimes we make exceptions for very well maintained older units.

Can I use my RV if I want for my own RV adventures?

Of course you can! It's your RV after all. Whenever you want to use your rig you just let the manager know and if it's not booked for a rental we will reserve it for your own usage! Just remember to give us ample heads up and bring back the RV clean and ready to go for the next renter.

How long are the contracts?

Owners typically consign their RVs for 6 -12 months at a time, on average. Managers are flexible with the contracts and they work with all owners individually to establish contracts that make the most sense for everyone.
